Clean store, good sales. Helpful staff. Rewards program sign up is the same process as any other store, not really cumbersome.

The store is clean, organized, and has a great layout. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful which made the experience especially enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this location.

I swing into this store on the way home when I need to grab something. The staff is friendly and I they have what I need. Bakery items have been good, and deli sandwiches were packed full of meat, cheese, and toppings. Love that they have free fruit fir the kiddos, and fun karts for them too!

Went here for the first time yesterday. Walking in immediately the store was super clean, organized & the shelves were filed & full and beautiful. There are different products you can't find at another market the store is on the smaller side but don't let that stop you the service was great everyone was friendly & helpful. Will i be returning? Absolutely 💯 nice job Big Y !

My 5 stars is for Beth Ann in the bakery/hot foods dpt. I explained to her that the clamp strips I've ordered in the past have been burnt EVERY time. She was very kind and the strips were made to perfection.

I stopped in after a good bit of time when they opened. Upon entering I was impressed that it is so inviting to walk around and how accommodating the staff are if you need help finding something. My favorite part is the rotation of hot bar items like soup or takeaway mac and cheese or ready to serve cole slaw are switched to make you want to return to find something you love or try something new. Whoever gave us the ability to build this store in my area deserves a big thank you. Cannot rave about this place's greatness enough!

Newly built Big Y that is beautifully designed, amazingly clean and ridiculously organized. The staff are always stalking shelves, organizing, cleaning, and preparing. The staff here are professional, neatly dressed, and always ready to cash you out or help find an item. I would like to point out this Big Y offers some really good deals/discounts especially for customers who have a Big Y card. The card is free and quite easy to obtain. It's an easy proces, with a quick and simple registerion f form online. Once complete you can immediately start receiving great deals and discounts. Stop in and look around. There is also a Hot Wing bar along side a salad bar. The also sell freshly made soups, doughnuts, muffins, danish, and coffee. You can't beat the price.

My experience has been overall exceptional. The staff has been overly gracious, helpful, suggestive and responsive. The produce is fresh, the meats and fish counters has been well stocked. The store is clean, and I have had no issues with finding enough products. I have never had an issue where the product was not stocked. This is my new go-to store. The pricing may be a bit more to others but in today's world, everyone needs a win, considering the overhead to keep it running. I hope they stick around!

Went to Big Y of Westborough on October 19th ,2025 . Which was our first time coming to this brand - new location. Very big store , nice layout, very clean and modern. Had the best experience with Brian at the Bakery Department. Brian , was extremely thorough and helpful and went over the order forms with us multiple times. I hope my Halloween/ Bday cake looks as good as we imagined. If so we'll most definitely plan on coming back to this Big Y for the bakery dept. I'm so looking forward to seeing my cake!! Brain, was extremely helpful and quite friendly thank you for your help !!!
